Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Protocol
These Terms of Service (the "Terms" or "Protocol") govern your interaction with the HireTechTalents platform (operated by Aeologic Technologies, "we", "us", or "our"). By registering a corporate account, submitting a freelancer application, or accessing platform workspaces, you agree to comply with this legal protocol.
If you represent a corporate entity or client group, you affirm that you hold full legal authority to bind such entity to these provisions. If you do not agree to this Protocol, you must cease all access to our systems immediately.
2. Profile Registry & Verification
To ensure the integrity of the network, all registrants must adhere to these criteria:
- Accuracy Requirements: Registrants must provide factual, precise, and current profile summaries, portfolio indices, and operational information.
- Credential Verification: We reserve the absolute right to audit credentials, technical certifications, and corporate authorization documents at any time.
- Single Account Control: Users may not maintain multiple profile registries or transfer account ownership credentials to unauthorized third parties.
3. Professional Standards & Code Protocol
HireTechTalents is a specialized ecosystem. Developers and client teams agree to execute all project contracts under these conditions:
- Technical Quality: Engineers agree to deliver codebases that align with modern engineering practices, syntax paradigms, and target architecture requirements specified in contract scopes.
- Contract Workspaces: All communication, project requirements adjustments, and formal approvals must be conducted inside the platform's Workspace logs to maintain audit capabilities.
- Off-Platform Solicitations: To safeguard platform integrity, users agree not to solicit or accept contract payments outside our designated systems for a period of twelve (12) months following initial matching.
4. Financial Allocations & Registry
Payment structures and billing declarations follow these terms:
- Contract Billing: Clients agree to finance all milestones in accordance with the rates, schedules, and deliverables defined in the active contract sheet.
- Platform Commission: Commissions, fee configurations, and payouts are handled as agreed during the onboarding process and detailed in the client billing panel.
- MVP Notice: During initial staging operations, physical payments may be simulated or routed through authorized off-platform wire systems as designated by the operations team.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property (IP) assignments are critical for enterprise software deployments:
A. Assignment of Works: Upon full clearance of the contracted milestone fee, all rights, title, and interest in the custom codebase and assets delivered by the freelancer transfer exclusively to the Client.
B. Pre-existing Code & Tooling: Freelancers retain ownership of any pre-existing libraries, scripts, or architectural boilerplates. They grant the Client a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use such elements within the scope of the project.
C. Platform License: Users grant HireTechTalents a restricted, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit profile content, project descriptions, and telemetry solely to provide the platform's core matching and messaging services.
6. Dispute Arbitration Protocol
If an engagement fails to meet quality criteria or timeline constraints:
- Amicable Resolution: Users must first initiate standard mediation and direct discussion inside the contract Workspace.
- Platform Escalation: If a resolution is not reached within ten (10) business days, either party may escalate the contract to our Ops Board for formal review.
- Final Review: The Ops Board will review workspace logs, deliverables, and communication records, and issue a binding allocation determination.
7. Warranty Disclaimers & Liability Limits
