By accessing our platform, establishing a client profile, or submitting a freelancer application, you accept the transmission and storage parameters described in this policy.
Our operations comply with standard global privacy regulations, including GDPR frameworks, tailored for high-fidelity code and infrastructure isolation.
2. Telemetry & Data Collection
To maintain a high-trust matching ecosystem, we collect data under three primary categories:
A. Profile Details & Identifiers
Full name, email addresses, contact coordinates, technical competencies, portfolio source code links (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), resume documentation, and identity verification credentials.
B. Client Organization Profiles
Corporate identity, registration codes, designated hiring points of contact, project descriptions, target architecture parameters, and billing registration configurations.
C. Platform Operations & Telemetry
Session indicators, contract metadata, communication logs within the Workspace, system execution logs, IP coordinates, and browser attributes. We do not track keystrokes or record screens.
3. Data Processing & Logic
We process collected data to drive our match-making engine and maintain workspace integrity. The processing parameters include:
- Algorithm Matching: Cross-referencing candidate technical capacity against client project specifications.
- Identity Verification: Performing security verification steps to confirm developer certifications and credentials.
- Workspace Orchestration: Generating contract workspaces, milestone timelines, and proposal transmission mechanisms.
- System Resilience: Monitoring network logs to deter fraudulent actions, platform abuse, or cybersecurity incidents.
4. Code & IP Protection
Unlike general freelance platforms, HireTechTalents prioritizes strict code confidentiality and intellectual property boundaries.
We do not store, scan, or analyze codebase repositories that are managed between clients and engineers outside our internal tracking schemas. Any repository linked inside a private contract workspace remains isolated, and we act purely as an integration conduit.
Intellectual property parameters, assignment vectors, and transfer definitions are strictly governed by our Terms of Service.
5. Technical Safeguards
We deploy multiple technical safeguards to protect corporate data and personal telemetry:
- All platform communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS 1.3 in transit and stored using AES-256 protocols at rest.
- Role-based access controls restrict platform telemetry to authorized support administrators on a strict need-to-know basis.
- We perform systematic security scanning and penetration audits of our core systems.
7. Access Rights & Controls
You hold statutory rights regarding your stored telemetry and information. Under standard protocols, you may:
- Access, rectify, or download structured copies of your profile history.
- Request deletion of profile and account telemetry (subject to ongoing contract archiving requirements).
- Withdraw consent for active matching procedures or marketing notifications.
