Integrate OpenAI GPT API into an Existing Web Application

Description

Our product is a document management system used by law firms. We want to add summarisation and clause-finding, and our constraint is not technical — it is that our customers' documents cannot be used for model training and we must be able to prove it contractually. So the integration work includes the commercial and architectural side: the right API tier, data processing terms we can pass through to our own customers, and a deployment shape our security reviewers will accept. Several of our clients will ask, and "the provider says they do not" is not an answer that survives their procurement. Feature scope is deliberately small. Summarise a document, find clauses matching a description, and nothing else in this phase.
