We are an architecture practice, and the specific thing we want is early-stage massing options. Give the tool a site boundary, a floor area target and the local height and setback constraints, and have it produce a set of massing options an architect can react to. These are not designs and we will not present them as such. They are a way of getting past the blank page in the first two days of a project, and every option needs to be exportable into Rhino so an actual architect can take it somewhere. The constraints are the hard part. An option that violates the setback is not a creative suggestion, it is noise, and a tool that produces noise will not get used past week two.
