We are a regional accountancy firm. Our current site was built in 2018, is not mobile-friendly, and takes eleven seconds to load on a phone — we measured it after a client mentioned it. We want a rebuild that our office manager can maintain. That constraint drives everything: a custom theme is fine, a page builder that produces markup nobody can edit is not, and every content type we publish regularly — team profiles, service pages, the tax deadline blog — needs a proper editing interface rather than a wall of shortcodes.
