We are a group of eleven boutique hotels. Guests message us on WhatsApp constantly — before arrival, during the stay, after checkout — and each property handles it differently depending on who is on the desk. We want a consistent assistant across all eleven that handles the routine: arrival times, parking, breakfast hours, late checkout requests, restaurant bookings. Anything that touches money beyond a published rate, or anything that sounds like a complaint, goes straight to the duty manager with the conversation attached. Each property has genuinely different facts. It must not tell a guest at one hotel about the pool at another. Property-scoped knowledge, tested per property.
